Toyota Yaris NCP90/NCP130 2005–2019 Aluminium Water Inlet 16321-21020

Vehicle-specific aluminium-alloy replacement water inlet housing for selected Australian Toyota Yaris models with a 1.3-litre 2NZ-FE or 1.5-litre 1NZ-FE petrol engine. The housing routes engine coolant and must match the hose outlet, bolt pattern and part reference on the vehicle.

• Toyota Yaris NCP91R/NCP93R, 1.5-litre 1NZ-FE petrol, selected variants.
• Toyota Yaris NCP130R, 1.3-litre 2NZ-FE petrol, approximately 11/2011–2019.
• Toyota Yaris NCP131R, 1.5-litre 1NZ-FE petrol, selected variants through 2019.
• All applications require a matching casting, hose layout, bolt pattern and cross-reference 16321-21020.

Important exclusions and checks

• Not suitable for the 2020-on XP210 Yaris, Yaris Cross, GR Yaris, hybrid, diesel or any other engine code.
• Do not assume compatibility from the registration year alone; Australian and imported variants can use different cooling-system parts.
• Thermostat, temperature sensor, seal, clamps and coolant are not represented as included. Confirm package contents separately.
• Inspect mating surfaces and replace the required seal or O-ring during installation.

Never open a hot cooling system. Use a new correct seal or O-ring, then drain, refill, bleed and pressure-test the system using the correct workshop procedure. Inspect the housing and all joints again after the engine reaches operating temperature. Professional installation is recommended.
